Here’s a trick for writing “crap” you don’t want anyone to ever see.  Heck, you’re not even sure you can reread it.  Color it in!  This morning, I started a drawing of my great-grandmother.  My way of covering my tracks and rewarding myself for writing.

In case of emergency, write on loose paper, cut it up, collage it into your journal and paint over it.  No one is the wiser – your thoughts are out, loose and wild, but under cover.
